By accessing and using PromptPaywall ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Tool Access and Token Usage

Access to AI tools on our platform is granted through purchase of token-based usage rights. Each tool purchase includes:

• Token allocation based on the tool's price tier (typically 5,000-50,000 tokens)
• One-time purchase with no subscription or recurring charges
• Tokens are consumed with each AI interaction based on actual usage
• Access expires when token allocation is exhausted
• No refunds for unused tokens
• Token consumption varies based on input length and response complexity

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice. Token consumption is measured using OpenAI's token counting system and may vary between interactions.

3. Creator Payments and Revenue Sharing

Creators who publish tools on our platform are subject to the following payment terms:

• Revenue sharing percentages are determined by platform policies and may vary
• All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy payment platform
• Payment schedules and methods follow Lemon Squeezy's policies and procedures
• Creators must complete profile requirements to become eligible for payouts
• Earnings are tracked in the creator dashboard with detailed analytics
• Tax responsibilities and compliance are the creator's obligation
• Platform reserves the right to modify revenue sharing terms with notice

4. Platform Liability and Disclaimers

PromptPaywall provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim:

• Responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of AI tools
• Liability for any content generated by AI tools
• Responsibility for any damages resulting from tool usage
• Guaranteed uptime or service availability
• Protection against data loss or service interruptions

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. Use of tools is entirely at your own risk.

5. Business Continuity and Service Termination

PromptPaywall is a business venture that may be discontinued at any time. In the event of service termination:

• We will provide 30 days advance notice when possible
• Outstanding creator payments will be processed before closure
• No refunds will be provided for unused tokens
• User data may be permanently deleted
• No compensation will be provided for lost access or data

6. User Conduct and Creator Guidelines

Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Creators must additionally comply with our Creator Guidelines, which include content quality standards, prohibited content policies, and pricing guidelines. Violation of Creator Guidelines may result in tool removal, account suspension, or termination of creator privileges.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their prompts and content. By publishing on our platform, creators grant us a license to distribute and monetize their tools. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute tool prompts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
